SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to the personalized nature of our product, please allow 24 hours for your candle to be mixed, poured, and cured before shipping. Any order placed after 12pm, PST, Mon-Fri, will be processed the following business day. Orders usually ship within 48 hours. However, during certain seasons, candles being shipped to areas with temperatures above 100 degrees will only be shipped at the beginning of the work week. Soy wax naturally begins melting at sustained temperatures above 100 degrees. Shipping earlier in the normal work week ensures that candle quality will not be affected by weekend storage in a truck or non-climate controlled facility.

Please also note that we are unable to ship on holidays and weekends. Any orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
Our goal is to offer complete customer satisfaction and only the highest quality candles, personalized to your specifications. Your finished candle will pass several inspections for quality and accuracy before shipping.

Lumnique eCertificate Shipping
When you purchase an online eGift Certificate with Lumnique.com, we will automatically send the recipient an e-mail within 24 hours, including the eGift Certificate code and instructions for use on Lumnique.com. The code should be entered onto the Payment Information page of the checkout process. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the eGift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order.



RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that if your order is not 100% free from defects, you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange. Due to the personalized nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns unless the candle is defective or is damaged during shipping.
